the plot next to it could have been cleaner .can not blame the hotel but they can get surrounding street and plot cleaned maybe.

Very good

Nice location.

I stayed at their suite room on top floor. The room was beautifully done. Being a peak season the price was a bomb, but that apart stay was good, the staff was super helpful. And the food was super tasty and fresh

A good experience

The location is the best part about the property. The staff is also very helpful and supportive. However, the room we got was a bit small and congested.

There is a lot of noise around the hotel which makes it hard to catch some sleep.

Aesthetically pleasing

Great aesthetics and lovely rooftop. Smooth airport pick up. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was very good and fresh.

The rooms need to be dusted more often. And the mattress needs to be more comfortable.

Superb

All people associated with this hotel made our stay so comfortable that it felt like a home away from home. The view of mother Ganges both from the terrace and our room was absolutely amazing. Room was spacious and comfortable. Assi ghat is 2 mins walk from the hotel. This made it possible for us to witness the devine event of Subah-e-Banaras, the morning arati at Assi ghat, a mesmerizing experience that nobody should miss out. Mr Madan Mohan Pandey ji is a great host. Dilip ji and all other staffs were jovial and helpful. Next time I will visit Varanasi, I am definitely going to stay at this hotel.

Very good

HTOG is right beside the Assi Ghat, which is pretty cool. You can walk 3 minutes to the Ghat in the morning or night, so location is really good. You have to get a tuk tuk to the main ghat, its 10 minutes but honestly not bad. The place is a modest, but clean. Busy at night, and does have some form of dump next door (but i didnt notice anything) I would stay again, as the staff were very friendly and helpful.
