Location of the hotel was ideal, 10min walk to popular strip, 10min in taxi to old town. The hotel had its own beach which was gorgeous. We ate in the restaurant every evening & some lunches as it was 10/10. Myself & my mother were very impressed. Comfy beds, aircon was super & the water pressure was good. Very happy stay! The staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful.

Overall, our stay in the hotel was great. It was worth all your money to say the least.

The location of the hotel is excellent! The view from our balcony was spectacular and it was a great start of our day seeing the lush, green garden and the Adriatic Sea. If you like swimming in the natural pool, Hotel Splendid is perfect for you. The hotel staffs were friendly and rendered exceptional services.

My husband and I are so used to using electric and card-operated doors and it was a little struggle for us because it could be difficult when opening and closing our door at times. It couldnt be just us because we sometimes witnessed and heard our neighbors struggling with their doors too. During our first two nights, our room was very warm because we closed our balcony windows at night and turned the AC on. But the AC was emitting warm air, although we put it on mode. We called the reception and we were told to turn the AC off to just open the balcony windows for the cool air to come into our room. The cool air indeed entered our room and so were the bugs. We also heard noises coming from different balconies and people partying at night since our windows were open, disrupting our sleep. The rooms are not soundproof, therefore all the noise outside our door were heard. We stayed for 12 nights and we had to put up with all the bugs and noises at night. Our room was clean, but I was not so impressed with how the bathroom was cleaned. The bathroom mirror wand toilet flush button needed more attention, I supposed. It was my husband who noticed something sticky and glue-like stuff on the toilet flush when we arrived. We decided to just clean it ourselves instead of calling the disk to complain because it wasnt a big deal for us, but it might be for the other guests should the experience the same. The breakfast was ok. There was not a lot of options to choose from, but the restaurant was very clean and all the staff were attentive and fast to take the dirty plates from the tables.

Guys at the reception desk were helpful, every single one of them.

No elevator, because of people in wheelchairs..but guys at reception desk put us in room which was in the same floor as reception. Thank you

Fantastic

Loved this boutique hotel. Great location, away from old town, yet easily accessible to old town via city bus. I had a room with a balcony, great views, and it included free breakfast. The staff was friendly and always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend this great hotel.

Beautiful beachfront. Staff was very helpful in extending my checkout when I had an injury and needed to visit the hospital.

Everything about the room, bed, bathroom, the room itself, was very small. Definitely felt like a budget-friendly place.

The best of the hotel was the beach and the bus stop.

A very nice hotel in front of the beach, 15 minutes from Old Town. The bus stops is in front of the hotel, you can find the bus schedule at the hotels reception. Staff was very friendly; they answered all our questions and advice on what to visit. We got a standard room with balcony and beach view. It was comfortable. We recommend this hotel.

The bathtub was a little narrow, but it has plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was included, it was good the first day, but the second day the vegetables/fruit didnt look fresh.

Dubrovnik

The location is great with easy access to Sunset beach and the promenade. The bus to Old Town stops right outside the hotel and runs regularly till late.

The breakfast was not great, and I'm glad I didn't go for the option that included dinner as the buffet didn't look inviting, and there were so many good options within walking distance of the hotel.
