Pleasant

Good for one night especially if you are visiting the tower.

Staff were friendly. Location was excellent for visiting the tower. Room was clean with nice towels.

Bed was uncomfortable and the choice of blue colour in the room made it feel very cold. The room wasn't ready on time but we were able to leave our bags. The taxi they booked for us in the morning was far more expensive than the one that got us there from the airport so watch out for that!

The evening clerk was wonderful. Another guest was extremely aggressive and angry and she stayed calm and professional.

Probably should have registered for breakfast as there was not room for us to take breakfast a la carte.

Location is fantastic, Pisa Tower only 10-15 minute walk, where there are plenty of restaurants. Staff were excellent and helpful. Without the reception staff this place would fail miserably. The garden was ok...

The room furniture was what you'd expect from a hostel or student accommodation. A lopsided fridge that came alive at night, cigarette burn marks & chips out of the dressing table, a bed that I'd say was bought in a second hand shop, the walls colouring was dreadful. They had duvets in presses that looked liked they had been there years. The rooms really let this hotel down, what's needed is a good designer to bring it up to scratch. The bar is tiny, so don't expect a full bar menu. Breakfast has to be ordered in if you want it.

Good hotel in Pisa (a great city!)

Good location, only 10 minutes walk from the leaning tower, and the other non-pisa central station. Nice staff, basic but decent breakfast, nice suprise joint balcony on the second floor.

For the price, it was great!

Very large room, perfect location for the purpose of my stay, nice & friendly staff

Unfortunately the room was extremely noisy because placed at the corner of a street .. could not sleep at night

Property was tired, dirty and the bathroom was dangerous, drain for shower was in front of the toilet, and toilet seat was not fitted safely. No lift.

very helpfull receptionist first time we had a missunderstanding, but the night receptionist solved our parking problem our room was in the second floor ,was very quiet the breakfast was enought for beginning of day and the garden is beautiful

very small amount of parking place only 4places for extra charge if somebody wants secure parking ,need fast reservation without this we can parking in the street
