Good location, renovation work ongoing (Dec 23)

Very good location - approx 15 mins walk from the main station and about 20 mins from the Duomo. The hotel is situated in the gay area so plenty of bars around for fellow homosexuals ;) In addition to this, a good supply of restaurants around too. The room itself was a good size, comfortable bed and a nice well equipped bathroom.

There were signs saying renovation was taking place between 10am-5pm - no problem as we were out at these times however work often started far earlier - sometimes as early as 5/6am. Also the area being worked on was left dirty and dusty every night, no effort to clean up. We were given a room on one of the floors being renovated, the hotel didn't seem busy and it would have been nice to have been placed on an already refurbished floor.

Great place, I'd stay here again.

We were really happy with this hotel. Our room was big with a small balcony, which was unexpected, the bathroom was also a good size. Staff were very friendly and professional. It's in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the red line or you can walk to the Duomo. Breakfast selection was very good with plenty of cold and some hot options which were continually refreshed.

The bed was very firm fine for me but not my partner and since it was December it was a little cold. There is air conditioning but it's quite noisy, so we had to turn it off to sleep.

Excellent stay if you are on a budget.

The hotel is small in what looks like a not so popular area, but at the same time it is close to everything if you are willing to commute by metro or walk. We are from NYC so walking everywhere is not a big deal. Front desk staff was friendly, approachable and understanding, even when our Italian was very limited, we appreciated it very much. Water pressure and temperature was perfect and bathroom was modern and clean.

Our time was limited to one day and we wanted to explore Milan as much as we could. I guess the only complaint would be the noise coming from outside at random hours of the night but this is something the hotel cant control unless they decide to soundproof the premises.
