Very good

Spacious rooms with desk. Good breakfast buffet. Staff try to be helpful.

A little inconsistent with room amenities; sometimes I had to ask for bottled water, for example. Need more beverages provided with the buffet.

Breakfast was ok ok had idly it was just made of ravva which i least expected in Andra pradesh which is famous for food .

I booked the room seeing online reviews but to my surprise i was given a corner room 3008 which was like a old unused room especially washroom it was not clean water was clogging n when i tried to contact room service n house keeping numbers none responded and when someone is paying you money the least they expect is cleanliness and a comfort stay i couldn't find AC remote anywhere in the room no one responds to calls.i expected a neat and clean room but to my surprise it was not n there was hair on the bedsheets i believe which were not changed and washroom was seriously unhygienic. When i asked for a different room the person who came to drop my luggage said what's wrong with this room this all we have for now.......imagine paying money and getting to hear all of this.
