Great value for the money payed. Exceeded my expectations in all topics.

Excellent value for the money. I will defenetely chose them again. Will have to travel once a month to Lisbon and Hotel Roma is by far the best "cost-benefit" hotel in which I have ever stayed in Lisbon. Also the new year eve dinner exceeded my expectation. Thank you Hotel Roma Staff!

Would highly recommend! Great hotel at a very nice location.

Loved the location. It's just a 3 to 4 minute walk from the metro. The room and bathroom were very clean and even though the hotel is on the main street, it was very quiet and peaceful. Had an amazing stay

Requested for a double bed months in advance but they still gave us a room with twin beds. Maybe it was a busy time for the hotel, but it wasn't a big ask and it could have easily been arranged!

Disappointing

Rude staff in the bar telling me hes not room service

Beds were super comfy and the breakfast is great.

Staff at the bar were so rude. Telling me he wasnt room service and wont help me. Theres no facilities in the room and you have to rent a kettle but then have no tea or coffee provided. Overpriced and just an negative vibe in the place. Wouldnt recommend
