Exceptional

Everything was over and above my expectation!

The breakfast spread is excellent and well prepared! It is sumptuous and you can start your day on a good note after having the breakfast! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and spacious! The hotel is convenient to many places you might want to visit as a tourist!

Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, some (a few to be fair) less knowledgeable. The location is not bad, walking distance from the center yet the street where it is located can get dirty. Second room stayed in was amazing!

The first room we stayed in wasn't great, very tight for 2, not very clean, could not sleep at night because of next door's snoring. Coffee is bad. Breakfast is ok, could be improved.

We couldnt work the air conditioning to cool the room. The hairdryer cut off when it got too hot. The shower didnt work properly (the handheld bit worked but not the large head). Not enough room in the room for 2 people and luggage, and we only had hand luggage so dont think it would be great with cases. Not great security as anyone could come up in the lift. Breakfast was ok but a bit disappointing.

Good Value for Money

Breakfast selection was pretty diverse. Front desk staff were friendly, room was decent and bed was comfortable. Shower was of a good size and great water pressure.

The bathroom sink is the tiniest I've ever seen. The hotel is walking distance from Liberty Avenue (downhill - remember you'll have to walk uphill when returning to the hotel), but a little far from Baixa, where all the action is happening.

The room has reasonable space for two people. The bathroom is not bad but the water tap is too low and difficult to use sometimes

Not much choices for breakfast, we stayed for 4 days and everyday the food is the same. The coffee & fruit juices quality are very bad! We have to drink tea instead

Great, affordable Hotel with tasty breakfast

The room was big enough for a solo traveller, if you stay for 3 or 4 days. Breakfast was really very great and tasty. The Location of the hotel is a little bit outside of the center, but near enough to walk there within 15 to 20 minutes. Metro and some restaurants are just 5 Minutes away.

The bathroom was very small and unfortunately there was no space to store your bathroom accessories. The room was quite big enough for a solo traveller, if you stay for 3 or 4 days. Breakfast was really very great and tasty. The Location of the hotel is a little bit outside of the center, but near enough to walk there within 15 minutes. The sink was way too small, nearly impossible to wash your hands or face without getting the floor wet. A little bit more storage room would have been great.
