A metamorphosis anticipated

The location is away from the city center in a nice, quiet residential neighbourhood but is still walkable to many tourist sights.

It is in the middle of an extensive renovation so the outer walls were wrapped up like a parcel. The hotel assigned us one of the few rooms that wasnt and it even had a terrace.

The concierge lady was really helpful and friendly. Kudos to her my average stay ended with some good impression. Other staff were generally helpful. Hotel has chargers on loan should you forget to bring one. Love that service.

The hotel is not easy to walk to/from everything else. Its on top of a slope.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is also good and you can easily get there by public transport or walking.

Towels were very small. Theres no view.

It was okay to stay for a night.

I like the front desk provided me with a room with the view of the Macau Tower.

I was asked to pay a deposit of MOP 300 when I checked in. The breakfast was too simple with no fresh fruits and yogurt.

The hotel located on the hill which makes the view cool and is easy to access city by free shuttle bus. Breakfast wasnt that great, limited choice. Staffs are helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable (we booked 3 rooms), price is cheaper than expected. Well definitely book this hotel again for our next visit.

Hotel with a nice view

The room was very comfortable with a nice decoration. The shuttle bus is very convenient and the driver (s) most helpful. The reception desk works very well.

The breakfast is rather poor.

Im a private tour guide in Hong Kong. My wife has family in Macau and we have stayed in Macau many times. we chose this hotel for its vintage ambiance and the location, Barra. Barra is a lovely old area of Macau. this hotel is a short stroll away from the Mandarin House and Lilau Square. if you want old Macau, stay here. the view from the room was awesome. the decor of the room was classic Portuguese and the staff were excellent.

No pool. But we knew this.
