Superb

Comfortable stay & nice room

-Room was clean & bed was comfortable. -High quality toiletries were provided. -Within a 15 to 20min walking distance to Senado square & old Portuguese area. -Free luggage storage for half a day.

-Slightly expensive room rate.

Location was great! Walking distance to all the sites. Plenty of great food places near by. And the view from our flaw Waa great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was always clean and tidy!

Nothing. It was great. Next time I'm in Macau I'll be coming back to stay

We did not pay in advance for breakfast and did not use the restaurant at all.

The humidity in the room was very high.

Easy to go siteseeing. There are some restaurants near by.easy to find hotel.

Comfortable the room is clean enough. A bit too cold and difficult to change the room temperature.

Everything was amazing - great value for money, friendly staff, room was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Macau in the future.

My only complaint would be that the bed was a tad bit too soft, but that all comes down to personal preference.

Not really happy with Staff. But good location

I really like the location which is convenient to go downtown area.

The reception had inappropriate arrange for my reservation. The time was shown should check in after 2 p.m.. I checked in around half past 3. The receptionist told that I need to wait another hour to get the room. Because they don't have the room I booked available at the moment. After argument, they offer a room and can check out 2 hours after.
