Lovely stay and excellent location.

My single room was spacious and very clean with plenty of storage space and there was a fridge/minibar in the bedroom. The en-suite bathroom was also very clean and towels and toiletries were provided. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices (both savoury and sweet). The location is excellent as it is only a few metres from the railway station and a few minutes' walk from the entrance gate to the old city. Despite the fact that the hotel is near the city centre and the railway station, it is very quiet. Highly recommended.

Friendly , great location and more than you expect. Very good breakfast too.

The location is right near station although you do not hear the trains. A short walk to reach the old city and restaurants.

A nice hotel with a classic Italian feel to it - good location, breakfast, clean, friendly staff.

A nice hotel with a classic Italian feel to it. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. An unusually spacious room with a comfortable bed, and an unusually good breakfast for a hotel of this class. Very convenient location for a short visit to Lucca - we dropped our bags, and were in the historic city just a few minutes after our train arrived. Excellent value for money. We will remember this hotel!

Very nice and convenient hotel. Well worth it - clean and grat brea.

Close to train station- it was pouring rain and so nice not to get soaked. Great location. Very clean. Breakfast choices were wonderful and the staff very friendly. Not too far from sites in Lucca. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and very friendly staff.

This is an older hotel so dont expect the Crowne Plaza. Great friendly staff in an excellent location 2 minutes from the station so no lugging of cases to the far end of Lucca. Room was comfortable but in a summer heatwave the poor air con would be an issue for our USA guests. For our 1 night stay it was just fine with a very good breakfast included. The mature gentleman checking us in was a pleasure to talk too with a good command of English and on asking pointed us to an excellent restaurant in the town frequented by locals. Great food at proper prices and no greeters trying to entice you in at inflated prices.

Great day in Lucca!

The location close to the train was perfect for our overnight stay in Lucca! Right outside the city walls - easy access. The staff was so kind and gracious - they even made us a take away breakfast package because we were leaving very early. Great place!

Very comfortable hotel near Lucca train station and easy walking distance to the city walls. Fantastic friendly staff, great breakfast, large room and a comfortable bed. Good value for money and we will happily return.

Enjoyed our stay. Lucca a lovely safe city and so easy to get around

Beside train station and convenient to all amenities The girl that checked us in was most helpful and very friendly Made us so welcome

The reception and breakfast area was very cluttered Though there was a small bar beside reception with lots of various drinks on display From our experience I think they only wanted to display them not interested in serving drinks !!!
