Location close near the bus station, nice staff.

Very uncomfortable small bathroom, not sound isolated so everything can be heard in the next room even when you close the door. Outdated non functioning hair dryer.

Superb

Hotel Residence was perfect for me because of its location, situated beside a supermarket, parking is stress-free! the hotel is also near a pizzeria, an asian fusion resto and also a bank.. The single room is cozy, it has a safebox, small fridge, airconditioning. minimalistic but okay.. The hotel staff are warm and friendly.. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone who want to see the city of Parma.

Disappointing

I wound not stay again

The lady on reception went out of her way to help me with the lack of taxis and was extremely professional and helpful. The room was very clean.

Provide some english channels on the TV, More plug sockets in the room. Fix sockets that were hanging off the wall. New Hairdryer, better pillows. Facilities for dinner/room service at the hotel.

Superb

Simple but a charming hotel

We stayed here one night between Rome and Switzerland travel. I booked the room very spontaneous in the morning but they welcomed us friendly. The location was very good. The city center is 30 minutes away on foot and there are a lot of shops (big supermarket behind, restaurants and cafes). There are bus stops too. The hotel is old but inside was very clean ! The room is small but it was Perfect for our small family. The morning free coffee service and friendly staff was the another positive aspect. One staff was very kind and she advised us a lot of nice local things. We were allowed to park our car at the parking space till we left. We liked the city Parma very much. We had not enough time to visit everything therefore we would like to come back again !

We could not open the window... (it was very hard to open... maybe defect?) But we arrived at night and left next morning so it is not a big problem !
