Spacious room, good breakfast, the restaurant was superb. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, which could be a problem if you don't have a car

A really nice convenient hotel with a very very good restaurant and very good staff.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The food was extremely good The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient.

Exceptional

A great place and service, suited our needs and enhanced the whole enjoyment of our travel.

All good from start to finish, friendly, quiet aspect to rear away from main road (selected also because it was out of the main centre of Parma), spacious room with windows and door to outside, the bathroom even had a window which was good for ventilation. The restaurant ran a good dinner service and menu and the breakfast spread covered all needs. Staff were friendly communicative and helpful.
