Good

The location was great, right on the beach and close walking distance to plenty of shops. Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 5am and they happily accommodated this late check-in and were fast to respond to messages. The rooms were comfortable and a good size.

The wifi only worked in the main lobby and our air conditioning didn't work after the first day, we also had a leaky roof but this didn't effect our stay.

The location, location, location. It has a private beach with sun beds that are free for the hotel guest Friendly staff. The breakfast was epic (Nothing fancy but it exceeded my expectations)

There was no lift/ elevator. So it was a bit of an exercise to get to the room. One hotel wing is in the last stage of construction. There were a few stain marks on the towels, which they changed after informing the housekeeping.

Very good

We felt very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the entire hotel was very clean and the location was a dream. Unfortunately there was only a western breakfast but upon request we got a singalih breakfast which was a great ending for us. we'd love to come back
