The staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, it is a great hotel for those wanting to experience Sorrento's beauty without expecting luxury.

Very nice location in Sorrento

The location but also the rooms.

It was good but I think there is a small room for improvement when it comes to personnel from reception.

Very poor

Unfortunately, I would never stay or recommend staying at this hotel.

The bed and blankets were not comfortable. Constant high-pitched hissing sound outside window.

Generally fine but can be better.. Stayed in a nearby hotel.. Cheaper n top notch.. Fine porcelain

Very disappointing, considering the expense to stay there!

Location

Room was dull, bathroom looks into adjacent property, specifically their bathroom!! Breakfast was repetitive, under cooked scrambled egg, undercooked bacon, boiled frankfurter sausage, stale croissants, cold tea etc

I would stay here again now that I know where it is.

Breakfast was exceptional. The location was in the center of the action. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Be sure to get good directions ahead of time. Although this hotel is in the center of things, its on a tiny pedestrian walkway that the taxi driver, and then the neighbors, could not find. We found the beds too firm.
