Do not stay weekends as it is more like a reception place then a hotel with wedings and you will not sleep till 2.00am.

This hotel is out of date. And is catering for the working class of sicily. So shouting Loud music and overbooked. Not suitable for European holiday people !!!!!

Do not go there its total ripoff

Staff is very unresponsive and non friendly. It is still stuck in the 1980 s . We were really disappointed . No AC in the room although they tell u that its working.

Disappointing

Would not stay there again. The experience is nothing like they portray on their website.

The view was outstanding, the pool areas were nice, and the staff was pleasant.

The room was extremely dated. The furniture must have been from the 70's. Really ugly and old. Our room had a leak and two guys came to try and fix it at 11 PM and were not successful. It continued to leak all night. The vents for the AC were filthy. You could hear the people in the bathrooms in the adjoining rooms as well as the room above. The fitness room was spacious but dark and the equipment was old and worn. It didn't open until 9 AM on one of the days we were there. There was no service at the pool which was fine except that they would not allow you to purchase food and then bring it to the pool. They also did not provide towels for the pool. A lot of the things that they show on the website like cocktails on the large balconies of the common areas were not available. They seemed half shut down. I feel like they should have comped the room due to the leak for that night.
