Average but certainly not a 4 star hotel. Should be rated a 3

Location and view

Staff pretty unhelpful when we reported room problems. Eventually got sorted next day. The hotel room wasn't the same as the pictures. It needs upgrading. Unaware of limited hotel bar opening and the restaurant wasn't open at lunch which the website states it is.

Good clean hotel with friendly staff.

What stands out is the friendly staff, in reception and in the breakfastroom, and the how clean it is. The view from our room was beautiful, and sitting on the small balcony looking at the sunrise is magical, one could sit and just stare out too sea and over to the mainland of Italy.

What lacked was much better sunbeds on the sunroof 4 is not enough and the 4 that were there, one word, horrid. Our bathroom was very small and should have been painted in brighter colors to make it feel a little larger. Over all the hotel should have been painted in more lively colors, like the reception area, and done a little more attractive for customers to sit and chat, they would sell more from the bar I would think. Outside patio from reception is nice.

The view was super amazing and wonderful.

The room was very small especially the bathroom!!! Parking was horrible to enter as it was very narrow and steep and finding a parking space was not a guarantee. Noisy. Super uncomfortable bed!

Disappointing

Great location but overpriced considering the standard of the rooms and facilities.

Location was great.

Bathroom needs an update. Basin did not drain. Overall we found the hotel very basic considering the price. For the price we paid you would at least expect tea and coffee making facilities in the room and to offer hair conditioner, body lotion and towels to borrow for free to take to the beach.

Hotel needs refurbishing. Price very high, poor Wi-Fi, useless TV, no tea/coffee service in room. Blocked drains in bathroom, train passes 50 metres away from rooms
