Exceptional

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, nice and clean room with great seaview. They recommended us a rentcar company with which we were very satisfied. There is a public bus stop 2mins away for buses to city center and airport. Dont miss the upper deck pool and sea view. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The only minus was that due to very strong wind during our stay, the terrace/balcony door vibrated and produced noise.

Relaxing Winter Break

Location - directly opposite beach, beside plenty of shops/ restaurants, easy to get to airport and Palma. Lovely massage in hotel spa. Food at pool was lovely and staff throughout hotel very professional.

Very minor thing - the bathroom light is on a sensor and automatically switches off after only a few seconds.

Great location, very excellent staff!

The staff was excellent. We didnt get her name but the girl on the morning we left at 6 AM helped track down my wifes phone as it was left behind in the taxi. We were at the airport and I called her and she did everything she could to track it down. We cant thank her enough for her efforts and getting the form back to us at the airport again, thank you very much!

The staff in this hotel were extremely nice and helpful with everything. Food exceeded my expectations. We had breakfast and dinner which were both very diverse everyday. Dinner didnt repeat for the week we stayed and food was delicious.

We liked everything.

Location of the hotel is perfect, it is directly located on the beach. Our room had perfect view of the beach.

Food options at the breakfast were repetitive and limited. Scrambled eggs, baked beans were cold. Air conditioning in the room was enough since the temperature was at around 28-30 C. But for peak summer season, it could be more stronger.
