Great stay

Great hotel when you are traveling by car. Plenty of parking space and the bus to the city center stops in front of the hotel. Rooms are very clean and have a mini fridge. It's basic but very good value for money, its the 2nd time I stayed here.

Th location was difficult, we needed somewhere to eat on arrival but no recommendations were available and after a terrible drive searching in the dark and rain we returned with no food. Recommendations, maybe booking and location would have been helpful

it was ok but the hotel needs to look at the way the breakfast room is presented and the service.

location was ok. rooms were reasonably clean they took some of our own very expensive towels that we carried from London and refused to look for them. the rooms were airy and large and had a nice balcony

The reception staff are most unhelpful. The cleaners took our own towels which we carry with us and the receptionist just didnt seem to care or attempt to check with the laundry they are branded towels and would not have been difficult to find. The breakfast was sloppy. There is no cooked breakfast the dishes were not refilled there is one lady who is pleasant but does not refill the coffee machines are not properly attended to at peak time they keep running out of everything cordial type of juice no eggs you boil your own the kitchen is closed not used. the furniture in the dining room old and messy every where . The breakfast options really need to be looked at.
