Ok stay but not really good value for money

Easy access to parking from the hotel. Quiet and clean rooms. Breakfast was good and in a comfortable and nice area. Easy to get to the old part of the city by bus (7min) or a nice walk by the riverside.

The bathroom door didnt fully close. We were 4 staying in one room and that made it very uncomfortable. For a 4 bed room there were 2 little bedside tables, one mini desk and one chair. We asked at the front desk for another bedside table or a chair and they said they didnt have any. Its ok for maybe one night in a low key travel mode. The hotel has a surfers design style.

Super friendly staff, comfortable rooms, clean and they had some lovely extras for our dog.

You're not allowed to leave your pet in the room unattended, but you're also not allowed to bring your pet into the breakfast room. So not sure how you have breakfast...

Pleasant stay in San Sebastian

The hotel is a little bit far away from the beach and the old city. However, it has a lot of bus stops nearby. There is a good selection of cafes, restaurants and small grocery stores in the area. The Dia supermarket is also not far away. About 15-20 minutes walk to the bus station. The staff is very friendly and qualified. The room and shower are big, comfortable and clear. Breakfast is good also.

Lack of glass glasses in the room. Very small glasses are available from the kitchen upon request.
