I like the fact that this hotel delivers on service and nothing is to much trouble for the staff also the location of this hotel is perfect for an overnight stay if travelling to and from the Faro airport.

The breakfast could do with improving but I understand when you are paying a budget price you get what you pay for but the choice could be better as well as the coffee on offer especially as Portugal is renowned for it excellent expresso and having an automatic machine that dispenses instant coffee isn't the same.

Great location, amenities, and a fantastic staff!!

Its close to the airport, and since they have a bar/restaurant you dont have to find one for dinner. They even packed us a breakfast because our flight left quite early!!

Thoroughly disapointing

Shuttle bus in to Faro

Reported chairs on terrace filthy no staff to clean them. Only receptionist young & inexperienced Felt sorry for the 1 girl trying to run both bar & kitchen when a massive group had arrived due to airline problems. Totally badly managed. Surely from health & safety this should not be allowed. 1 extra person eventually came but damage donedisappointing by then

A very adequate 3 star

The staff had a great personality, and we're very efficient but still seem to be understaffed. The barman/chef/server/kitchen Porter was still able to produce great food with a great smile, but I did feel very sorry for him.
