The walk distance to restaurant and parking

The hotel has not enough staf to clean I came back after 4 pm , my room still not make up. , so the cleaner would start to clean so I could not have shawer or rest , they care to clean up the rooms to new guests , but das NOT CARE FOR THE COMFORT AND. RIGHT TO THE GUEST THAT PAYID ALREADY , no respect et all , room with smoke smell not nice place to stay

Great experience, would recommend

Great hotel with easy access, confortable and nice rooms, nice personnel, great quality and good price, good location: 10min from the center of Faro and 10min from the airport.

The hotel is quiet by night, there is just a little bit of noise from other chambers / clients but it is okay. The neighborhood is not the best-looking but the hotel is very nice and the whole city is pretty quiet.

Hotel was just fine. Clean. Simple. Pretty much what we expected.

Shower was really great.

A little far from everything but close to train station if that is helpful. Hotel was totally fine. *BOOKING.COM* however is HORRIBLE!!! I will no longer be using this company to book accommodations and recommend you don't either. It's fine if there are NO issues but as soon as there is an issue you are out of luck. Better off booking straight with accommodation or through a different third party. Booking.com is TERRIBLE!
