Very good

The stay was very good.

Variety of options in the breakfast, room comfortable and clean. It is located near to city centre with options of transport to go there.

Great first impression of Italian people and very interesting place to visit.

The staff was very welcoming. Weve got a problem outside of the hotel and the hotels director was very present and helpful.

Good hotel

Professional and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Close proximity to public transport. Underground parking.

Getting into the underground parking. The waiting time for elevator in the morning to get to breakfast room. It was too long and some days we had to walk down from 7th floor with the baby in hand. We were there during Christmas period and not sure if this happens when there are more guests. But definitely was the not best experience we had.

Good value for money, lovely staff, great breakfast and rooms good and close to public transport

Really clean. Great family room. We have four children so needed two rooms. It was good value for money and also on tram 4 which was a direct route to ATP finals which we were attending. Check in and out was great. Staff very friendly.

Good option with value for money

Very nice breakfast and we were given very nice family room after complaining about some leakage in the Attic room

Location was not very nice as it was bit noisy due to traffic
