Very good

A comfortable stay in a great location with delicious breakfasts.

The breakfast was complimentary and excellent. The location was perfect for us and a short walk from all the sights we wanted to experience. We felt quite safe walking about the neighbourhood. The room was spacious, warm and quiet.

My husband Id tall and he found the duvet a bit short. His feet just poked out the bottom.

Nice overnight trip

The location was excellent. It was close enough to walk to the Old Town/Christmas Markets without being so close that you could "hear" the Christmas Markets.

The wifi never worked for me.

The room was tiny with a sink outside the bathroom. There was just one side table. The bathroom was dirty, and you have to actually brush your teeth in the room because where the sink are. Breakfast was very poor, for choices. Only the location was good. Even the parking is not closed to the hotel.But honestly, will not recommend this accommodation in Wroclaw.

Convenient for city Breakfast OK

Shower doors didnt properly meet when closed but worst of all it was only when I threatened Tripadvisor that they finally managed to find us bath towels! At 10.30 pm having first asked for them at 2pm!!! And with bad grace.

Wouldnt stay at this hotel again.

The location is excellent.

The staff all seemed like it was their first day working in a hotel with minimal training. When I went for breakfast I left a drink and my key on the table and went to get some food. In the meantime they cleared the table and put my key on reception and said that Id left it behind. Had they have actually paid attention they would have realised I was at the buffet area. When I checked out I asked if I could put my back pack in the storage room for the day. The girl told me no, and then took it anyway. I was so confused. I just felt like a bit of a burden, rather than a hotel guest. This hasnt been my previous experiences of hotels in Poland, so I dont think its different culture. I think it was this hotel
