Adequate boutique hotel for the money.

Proximity to activities in the French Quarter

The main house rooms are old, outdated and not well kept. The newly renovated carriage house rooms are great! But thats an upgrade.

Location was great. Hotel staff was great.

My room needed to be wiped down. My counter tops needed to be bleached. I carry cleaning supplies with me, not a biggie. Thank goodness I saw no ghost.

Lovely, laidback hotel

It was tucked away yet close to everything ! Great bathroom amenities, fabulous shower and good bed linens. Parking was easy.

Very good

I do love this place and will stay again when I return to New Orleans next year.

Always love staying at the Dauphine as it is a pleasant mix of an attentive staff, wonderful location and comfy, clean room wrapped in good old Southern hospitality.

It was unfortunate but there were some torrential rains one evening, which resulted in water pouring into the elevator.

Great location in The Quarter

I have stayed here a few times and it is always comfortable and safe. It is one street back off Bourbon, and walking anywhere in The Quarter is easy. Location is fantastic. Room is comfortable for solo or couples for a few nights. Bed is super comfy. WiFi good. TV good. Check in easy. Taxi to airport can be arranged by the car park attendant. I will continue to revisit this hotel due to the comfy bed and great location.

Disappointed that they no longer include bfast. My view was of the car park, which wasnt great; in the past I have had a pool view.

Disappointing

It is misleading to describe this as a 'boutique hotel' and it seems more like a motel. Our room though large was dark and only lit by a small window.
