Nice place to stay, but some more small things to add

Though 4 star, some things were missing... welcome water, Kettle to have hot water, and as they have to close for winters, they stopped wifi at 10am though check out time was 12.00

Mixed bag. Could have been outstanding.

Location, facilities, clean, great shower/hotwater pressure, roof top pool/view. Reception staff excellent first half of 14+ night stay.

Buffet much the same each day. Eventually dropped buffet being added to room rate. Saved come euros and a bunch of calories. Went to nearby bakery. They charge 3 Euro, per day, to use the room safe. I am on a 2 month long trip in Europe. This is the first, and only, lodging that charged for the room safe. Then fiasco begins. Within 2 days the safe won't open (I did get safe open on a later try). But, then the safe immediately failed again. 4 reports to front desk. Finally learned/understood that hotel technician only comes to work at 18:30 (starting time). So, to get new BATTERIES put in safe must wait in room at convenience of technician. Interaction w hotel reception staff went from Outstanding to Marginal from that point. Another communication problem, but way to complicated to explain here. Overall, I'll return to same beach/area. But different hotel

The food (only had breakfast) is so so. There arent enough lifts for the number of rooms. Take the stairs

I enjoyed my stay. Tweek a few things could be brilliant.

Nice spacious room, clean & comfy. Good sized balcony with pleasant outlook. Well sound proofed as well. So no noisy neighbours! Location is great, as on the beach & near to all amenities in Can Pastilla. The public areas are clean & cosy, with secluded areas for friends & family to gather, for conversation or playing games. I found all the staff to be warm, polite & friendly, from front of house, to bar & cleaning staff.

Difficult question, when you enjoy your stay. Ok, I found it very strange that the toasters were located between the coffee machines (in both locations in the restaurant), with only white & brown slices in the baskets, whereas, the other breads were across the way. Surely, toasters should be near all bread? (not everyone likes sliced toasted). Also, to get butter or jams, nowhere near the toasting machines - you have to go down the buffet to find. Just like fresh milk, it is next to the fruit & not near the cereals, which doesn't make sense to me. Little things I know. Just one other thing, I had a late flight yesterday, so had to check out at 12 noon. Fair enough. So I had to store my luggage in the lock up. When I came to collect, I asked if I could freshen up & take a shower. Yes, I could, but could not be provided with a towel to do so. I found this strange, as last year I stayed at the sister hotel, The Nautic, & was given clean towels by reception so I could do that (and the flight out was far later).
