Unfortunately I don't recall the name of the two young ladies at the front reception desk but they were very kind, welcoming and informative from the time we arrived until we left. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful.

The only issue we had was the lack of on site parking but we were provided with an alternative secured parking lot a short walk away.

Great location,very clean hotel and lovely staff .

A great location, 10 minute walk ( if that ) to the main shops / restaurants and 5 min walk to bus station . view from our room and the breakfast room is beautiful. We had a sea view room .breakfast was good and we enjoyed a glass of complimentary Prosecco at breakfast . The rooms look a bit bigger in the photographs. Very clean rooms ,a little dated but that doesnt bother us . and the staff were very pleasant and very helpful . Would stay again . Had a wonderful stay .

Magical

The view was stunning and exactly as pictured. The staff went above and beyond and were very helpful. It is a charming hotel and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Only 3 parking spots so make sure to book ahead if you want one of them.

Misleading pictures, its in between 2 very busy roads with lots of noise and traffic, the place is really shabby and outdated. Very difficult to get your luggage up and down the stairs inside the hotel and no offer to help. No space in the room for any moment.

Great location in Taormina, easy to walk round town, on hikes, down to beach. Hotel has a lot of character and charm.

It's an old buidling and the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything...however, the other residents were not out partying all night so it wasn't so bad . If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in late you may find it a problem.

Would definitely stay here again! Great position and amazing views.

Beautiful purpose built hotel with thick stone walls that keep the place cool. The courtyard and breakfast room are tranquil in a very tourist busy town. The staff were all very nice and happy to help with anything. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a terrace!

The room keys are kept on a rack that is accessible to the guests, and anyone else that could wander in. We took our room key from here without staff present at one point. The rack should be controlled.
