Its location, the people there

The only thing I'd mention is there wasn't much variety for breakfast but all in all breakfast was ok as well.

The owner is the best. Always smiling, ready to help and polite. Very accommodating as we had some last minute changes and definitely went above and beyond. Location is very good too, just few steps from the beach. Excellent value for money.

Bed was amazingly comfortable. Giuseppe was super nice and very helpful, made our stay very enjoyable. He recommended things to see and restaurants to eat at. Location was fantastic, very central. There was also a dedicated car parking spot for us which we needed for our rental car. There was also a fridge in the room with 3 bottles of complimentary water which was well appreciated.

Breakfasts was nice and tasty though a little bigger selection would be appreciated. But we still enjoyed the food as it was very good.

The hotel is very nice and clean and situated few steps by the see. We really liked the staff of the hotel. Chiara and Giuseppe are very kind and resolved promptly all our requests. The rooms were cleaned daily. We had a big balcony with see view and a roof top terrace. I am sure that I made the best choice in the area.
