Convenient for one night stays.

I had an early flight from Pisa and hotel was just next to the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is clear that even after probably recent refurbishment hotel needs major upgrades. It is cosy enough for a night but it is a bit rundown. The location is helpful to catch an early flight but it also comes with some strings attached. Namely, location is busy with all sorts of people, mainly drunk or high, so if you are a woman and traveling alone I would not recommend.

Extremely enjoyable would definitely recommend!

Perfect location a two minute walk from the train station and a pleasurable 15 minute walk down Corso Italia to the River Arno, Piazza dei Miracoli, the Duomo and the Leaning Tower.

Walking around the train station area at nighttime was a bit scary would have been nice to see some Polizia walking around to ensure a safe environment.

location was perfect. when you exit train station you will see the hotel infront of you! They had some renovation going on in the hotel and when I adske them to change my room because of the noise, they did it in the same day! very satisfied.

The location is good and close to the train station. The room was big and well-equipped. The staff were very nice, I arrived with my dog and they gave him a welcome food gift, they also didn't charge extra for the dog.

Our stay was great. The only negative was water temp in the shower but other than that it was great. Would definitely recommend

Disappointing

The hotel is basic but the staffs are lovely.

The staffs are amazing. Its location is so close to the station, making it so easy for travellers

Somehow, the shower water was so cold. I turned it to be max hot but it was just below warm level. The bed was made so light of lines. We found that it was a bit unusual to do bed like that, leading to an uncomfortable feeling.

It was pleasant and comfortable. Location great and breakfasts something to look forward to.

The staff were professional and assisted in every way possible. The rooms were clean and comfortable Really close to the station which was a real bonus The breakfasts were exceptional
