Disappointing

Unpleasant, noisy experience

The place is kept clean

The biggest problem was the disturbing noise - from our room we could hear the music and talks from the bar downstairs, every phone conversation of people in the room next to us, even the noises from their bathroom. It was still noisy after 10 pm, we could barely sleep. In the morning we were woken up by the noise of slamming doors and cleaning lady. The window in the room was a joke - so tiny and close to the ceiling. The lady in the reception didn't speak English and she told us that check-in is from 4pm even though on Booking reservation it was from 3pm. The location of the hotel is very poor, far from the center and surrounded by some Warehouse and car mechanic, it is dangerous to walk there because of people driving a forklift. And on top of that they spammed us with emails before our stay asking us to transfer monet though some third party booking system which didn't work. So till the last moment we didn't know if the reservation is still valid.

Modern and clean hotel , restaurant sells delicious tapas!

Really nice, modern and clean hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Receptionist Veronica was very nice, also Hotel Manager Marcela. We enjoyed tapas in Hotel Restaurant, they were delicious and very good price. Would like to come back again!

Fresh fruit for breakfast would be nice.

Wouldnt recommend to anyone unless you want to get taxis everywhere.

The hotel was nice and the staff too. It was quiet and everything was clean and tidy.

The area was horrible. I couldnt walk to the shop without passing blocks with groups of people out the front eying me up. Even our taxi driver said to never be walking around the area, so for this reason we left early and moved into the city Center where wed feel comfortable to even walk nearby our stay. Its right next to a beer factory too which wasnt too pleasant, but this wasnt the main issue.

Very good

Everything was clean, and it was very quiet during the night. There was also parking available for us, which was very useful. The receptionist was speaking very good English.

The location is next to a gypsy neighbourhood and it was not suitable for a night walk. There was no place to dry our beach towels and stuff.

It is a new hotel, it was the cheapest in period we where in Marbella. It was clean.

The location is 30 mins from Marbella, if you are walking especially in the night it might get uncomfortable for you. On the reception they asked for 100 euros deposit, if we break something or smoke in the room, in the end nobody checked anything they just return our money. When asked for a parking they only provide secure underground parking and not saying a word for the free parking around the hotel. So if you are going to this hotel, you can park the car for free in the neighborhood.
