We had a good holiday because we didnt spend much time at the hotel. Its in urgent need of updating.

The staff were really lovely.

The swimming pool was too cold to swim in and the hammam smelt of bad drains. The breakfast buffet was poor.

The hotel is very beautiful. The staff is very nice. The bed was good and the food too. I went to the hamam, that was just more than great!

Very good

Surprising experience in the middle of the palmeraie

The authenticity of the venue, the architecture of the building and the welcoming atmosphere of the team. The multiple Terraces and the pool are very nice even during winter time.

It is in the middle of nowhere and the reach the property was a bit challenging and puzzling.

Great interior and staff was amazing and friendly. Amenities are good . Happy with the hotel

Bit far from main Marrakech city however they provide free taxi ride to town from 10 to 13.00 and 15.00 to 19.30 but you can only choose one time slot a day which is not enough .

Nice and clean - lacking room heating with a difficult to find location

Clean and properly kept

No heating in rooms, location was very difficult to find at night, went in circles for a while until we finally realized that the only way to get there was theough a rocky dirt road

Great and clean accommodation near the centre of Marrakech. Great and friendly attitude of the staff. Yousef and Yousef number 2 took excellent care of us, were helpful in everything and treated us very respectfully. The hotel was nice, well equipped and matched the photos. The food was very good. We would be happy to return again.
