Our stay could have been great if not for problematic bathroom facilities.

1) Breakfast was served with great selection. 2) Hotel staff were polite, friendly and helpful at reception and restaurant. 3) Hotel location was conveniently located, walking distance to shopping streets and tourist attractions was possible. 4) Guest room furnishings was modern and pleasant. 5) Nice gesture of hotel to apologise for our bad experience with its bathroom facilities by sending a box of jelly sweets to room and offered discounts to our dinner at restaurant upon checkout.

1) Shower tap was faulty, only flow out boiling hot water on 1st night so not possible to shower. Water was slimy for 2 nights after fixing. 2) Towel hanger dropped on floor on 2nd night so have to call for technician again after issue with shower tap. 3) Toilet paper and facial tissue were not replenished on 4th day so had to make request.

It is a great hotel; it's definitely worth the money. Our room and bathroom were very spacious. The breakfast was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Thanks again!

The hotel is conveniently located to the centre of Milan. Cant fault the attentiveness of the staff, breakfast and facilities. Would definitely stay again.

The reception was very welcoming. All the staff was very helpful. The open courtyard area was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy my morning coffee. The room was so beautifully decorated, very clean bathrooms, the turn down service is a nice touch.

I felt like the room didnt have enough light. Some overhead ceiling lights would be helpful or an extra floor lamp near the bed area.

Quality hotel in a good location

Very comfortable and well-equipped room; comfortable armchairs to relax in and good storage spaces; comfortable beds. Excellent location within walking distance of the Duomo. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. We didn't take breakfast so cannot comment about that, but we did have an excellent meal via room-service.

Only minor points: the street outside was sometimes a little noisy, it took us a while to figure out how the shower worked and the shower-head was rather low for a tall person. Rooms are a little on the expensive side.
