Exceptional

Very nice and clean hotel, staff are polite too. The hotel location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to market Square and not far for all the tourist attractions. A lot of nice restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby too. Is my best choice so far.

Good experience, next time will look at other hotel with better services

Nice interior & sauna looked very nice. Heating works well. Cleaning service and the staff is good.

Other Hotel services has been bad. No towels & no sheet & no body-shampoo in sauna, as well as drink water in sauna is missing, expensive parking, expensive breakfast, bad TV channels ( hotel in this category must have a good channel selection, there are a few PL and 3 DE only)

The location is superb for the time on Christmas holidays,

The wifi had been disconnected every 5 minutes, something that did not work well.

Room was comfortable and well located to the town square.

Turn off the hallway music at night. It was a bit annoying.

Very average.

It was very close to the Christmas Market

The fridge in the room did not work, there was a broken rail of some sort in the bathroom that had a very sharp and dangerous edge. There were wires hanging out of the bathroom wall. When I spoke to staff about all 3 of these issues they did not seem very interested.
