It was ok for the one night

Good location for the purpose of our trip

The room was quite small for the price that we paid, there was no fan and the aircon didnt really get that cold. The balcony was very unsteady

The location was fantastic, but the stay was uncomfortable due to the inadequate cooling in the room.

Great location.

Throughout the night and into the early morning, the air conditioning in the room failed to effectively cool the space. By morning, the room temperature had reached an uncomfortable 26.6 degrees. When I raised the issue with the reception staff, they were dismissive and simply stated that I should have contacted them to request a room change.

I dont really have anything negative to say about the property except for the rude behaviour by one of the ladies as I checked out, she wasnt very friendly towards me, which has deterred me from coming back

Was average , wouldn't pay for breakfast again

Location, cleanliness, quiet.

Breakfast , coffee machine terrible and needs coffee pot and hot water separate , cappuccino was terrible. Do fried eggs as well as scrambled, just cook them up and people will take them because by the time they cook them the bacon etc is cold on our plates. Took us along time to get a breakfast someone needs to stay and supervise. Room air-conditioning was OK but couldn't go colder.

Overall a good stay

Its always nice, comfortable and staff are great.

Reserved table at breakfast for people at 930 and it was only 8 am. Poor management of breakfast. Had to sit in an uncomfortable stool at the bar.

Disappointing

Room was fine but disappointed with issues of room not having been cleaned correctly

Central and convenient.

The shower had not been cleaned and used soap and open shampoo container. Found a seringue on balcony and pills in beside drawer. Reported to reception.
