Poor

Shocking I got abused and my thing got wreck from water

The pool and location

Air-conditioning leak every..... where wet my phone iPad. And my clothes. The manager was swearing at me. Got right up in my face. Saying it was my fault air-conditioning was leaking .... I got refund for 1 night but I stayed 2. Was hoping for full refund as I lost my iPad. And had to get a new phone.which cost over $2000.

Wasnt great

I didnt like the manager as when I reported having found a condom in my kettle he refused to do anything other than accusing me of lying because his staff didnt tell him about it. If you have medication with you probably better to hide it in your car because if you bring it you could get a $100 fine like I did. I will never stay here again. Neither will any of my friends or family who are coming here soon. Have all made other reservations.

The room was a twin she the air con was position directly over one of the beds which made it uncomfortable for the person directly in front of the aircon

The room and particularly the bathroom in urgent need of an update, the matrassses on the bed had no support they need to be replaced The reception staff were excellent as were the cleaners very helpful and friendly

No fan in bed room but breeze from lounge aircon was good. Some mould in shower recess, however water temp was good.

Not even close to expectations

Offers parking Location was good

The Park Regis Anchorage advertises as a 4 star hotel and serviced apartments. But this is not a hotel and at best it's a 2 star. Building is dated, tiles cracked, sofas and walls in apartments stained and dirty.

Awful, do not bother

Staff were friendly

Very mouldy musty smell that was so overpowering that we had to leave after our first night of our 3 night booking. Stains on lounge and walls. Floors not clean, especially in corners and along skirting boards. Hairs and stains in bathroom drawers. Rooms need major renovations, definitely not worthy of the 4 star rating. Still waiting for a refund for our stay.
