Kind and helpful staff

The staff are kind and open to questions regarding the property and town of Kitzbhel. The hotel has a pool and a sauna, adding value to the property and helping you relax after hiking the whole day. The breakfast was good and the hotel itself is close to the main ski resort.

Super stay with excellent, welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent, helpful staff. Good location - a nice walk along the canal into town. Good size rooms with lovely views

Needed another pillow - realise I could probably have asked for one. Breakfast was continental style which was fine but needed more for young adult.

Very nicely renovated little hotel with indoor pool and sauna. Good-size room with a balcony, comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Nice staff. I have nothing to complain about. I would stay there again.

I would recommend to anyone visiting Kitzbhel.

Beautiful and well kept. Lovely accommodations and breakfast. And great value.

A bit further from the city center than anticipated, but nothing was more than a 15 minute walk!

The thing that makes the Hotel excellent is the owners and staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel very welcome and at home. They even lent me their own spare reading glasses when I lost mine. We will be back!!
