Superb

It was a great pleasure to stay in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They put a lot of attention to the details to make your stay super comfy. Breakfast is well above expectations and prepared with care.

Comfortable hotel

Early checked-in Staff welcoming Clean room Stainless steel kettle Coffee shops, restaurants, public transports are walking distance Left luggage facility

Stayed in Room 22 which was not as per photos advertised. We did not like the dark room and it did not have enough light. No English channels except BBC news and no subtitles channels.

Clean hotel and lovely staff. Great part of the city. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and very accommodating about leaving bags after check out until our flight.

Personal preference - pillows were big squares and very soft/ feathery. Prefer a smaller firmer pillow. Room could do with some coat pegs - big coats, hats, scarves in the winter dont fit in the wardrobe with other clothing

The hotel was very close to the Kurfurstendam the main shopping street in Charlottenburg, the S-Bahn from the airport was only 8 minutes walk away

The matrass was a bit too soft for our liking

Could not wait to leave the Runa housed in a Hid forsaken place with no amenities like a pharmacy or a lunch place etc

Very very plain too expensive for what they tried to offer

In a Community with nothing to show or buy just simple lunch or dinner No shops of any kind in no ones land Even too far from airport On the whole forget it

Really good breakfast available for reasonable fair,rooms were meticulously maintained,staff were very helpful and spoke excellent english

Room and location were great.

The hotel doesnt accommodate with the request to leave your luggages after 2 pm. As this is something very unusual from an hotel, it caught us by surprise and left us with a problem to deal with. If we knew it before we would have not book a late flight at evening, or either chosen a different accomodation.
