I liked everything especially the location. It is so close to the beaches. I have to mention that the food in the hotel is very delicious and staff are very nice and helpfull especially one german guy with glasses who workes there..I forgot his name unfortunately. The hotel has everything you need. Would stay there again for sure!

We found a cockroach in our room but I think it got inside while we opened the balcony during the night. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Impressive Gym for a hotel, more like a fitness centre. Best Gym I have seen so far, and I have been in a lot of 4* Hotels. Staff was very friendly and spoke German, Spanish and English.

Very nice familiar hotel in a perfect location

I truly loved this place! Puerto de la Cruz itself and also this hotel. Perfect location close to playa jardin and very quiet at night, but still in walking distance to the center. very nice and helpful staff, nice pool and spacious rooms. good offer for value, and much more familiar than most hotels in puerto. I felt at home and will definitly come back

well, there's not much to compain about. I would have loved to have a fridge in the room and the cleaning staff woke me up several times moving around beds upstairs...but thats only a problem if you like to get up late

Location, kindly staff, sparkling clean.

The hotel is highly in need of renovation and redesigning! There was no airconditioner... The breakfast was too simple and soft drinks were horrible.

Good quiet location but close to centre and bus station. Staff was very friendly. Nice buffet breakfast with lot of options to choose from.

Nothing I could think of. Even missing a minifridge and tea/coffe maker wasn't a problem.

Very good

Each room has a balcony with a view to the ocean or to the mountain.

The dinner was could be more diverse. There was alway some kind of pasta and souce for it plus meat/ fish and vegitables. The variaty was not so big, but it was nevertheless delicious.
