    Amazing location next to Chapel Bridge, helpful and friendly staff, great restaurant. Best meal we had in Lucerne.
    Only thing I could say is showers were tight, but that's not out of ordinary in Europe.

    Loved my stay, finally found the perfect hotel for overnight stays in Luzern.
    The most beautiful hotel, rooms were perfect. Very comfortable and spacious. Perfect location and great value for money. Restaurant was fabulous and staff were very friendly. Also pet friendly which was superb.

    The breakfast and the location are amazing!
    No. But maybe inform the customers to enter via back door if they come back late. We went to the casino and went back late and tried to enter from the main entrance but could not. Then we asked the staffs from the next door restaurant.

    Perfect and love it so much
    I like this hotel so much, everything is perfect. Location is just beside Kapellbrcke. Hotel staff is kind. Breakfast is so delicious. We are really enjoyed the stay :) Thanks for everything.
