Location is great, Next to Teatro La Fenice and Saint Marks, on a quiet canal, had baggage storage after checking out.

Beautiful quaint italian hotel

Location fantastic, staff very friendly and helpfull, rooms really spacious we had a canal view which was nice. Beds were super comfy bathroom was modern and shower was amazing.

There was no kettle facalities in the roon but on the 2nd floor was a communal kettle station as per say. Having canal window had a slight disadvantage as in if water taxi's pull up at night it can be a little noisy. Nothing that higely interrupted our visit but its just something i feel would be important for guests to be aware of.

Old style, venzian hotel with a perfect view.

UK resident - if you are looking for a old fashioned, venezian vibe hotel this is for you. The rooms were old, but nice. The bathroom lacked a adequate shower so be prepared. There are no drinking facilities like a kettle, tea ect... however, nevertheless, the view was beautiful from the windows (canal view room) great location, and the hotel smelt amazing. Staff were friendly but english wasnt their strong point but helped where they could. Tip... look for extra pillows in the wardrobe. Overall, our experience was good.
