Organization of breakfast can be much better, service of breakfast was bad - long waiting time for adding of missing food.

Really lovely, would stay here again.

Very easy to find from the San Stae waterbus ( 3 mins walk ) Lovely helpful staff, clean room, quiet. Nice location as it's away from the busy areas. Good little local bars.

We are happy with this Hotel. If they can improve their breakfast option would be good.

The room was fantastic. Very clean and big. The bathroom was very clean. The location was very good. We were able to walk around to most of the places. Most of the staff were good, but one or two were quite rude. But we din't mind.

Breakfast The breakfast wasn't good, , not much varieties. Staff weren't very helpful. We had to eat whatever was there. We were not happy with the breakfast.

Not worth it find a better and cleaner location

It was in an quiet area, but far from St. Marc Square

The apartment smelled like mildew, has mold in the shower, and sink. There hair was in the shower and bed sheets. After I stated the issues the only thing they offered me was free breakfast for both nights, and a bottle of champagne.

Large bed. Location OK but had to walk over a few steps and bridges to get to St Marks square It was clean

No facilities to get food or drink although there is a restaurant around the corner.

We have nothing good to say - we had to check out after one night when we were supposed to stay for four.

We had to leave after one night - it was dirty and the hotel staff yelled at us for complaining to booking. Additionally, they used a master key to enter our room without permission.

Affordable stay in a beautiful city.

It is a great location close to a water bus stop. The 2nd floor room was very quiet. We had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. They held our luggage on our departure day.

You have to leave your key at the front desk when you go out of the room. When we returned, they didnt ask for a name when giving the keys back.

Helpful staff especially the Sri Lankan guy at night who was very friendly

Room had steps after taking lift, bidet right in your legs as you sat on the toilet, no iron in room so had to keep borrowing and returning, no kettle
