Lovely place and people

The staff was very nice. It felt like an airbnb, not a chain hotel. We got a lot of help, advice and felt very welcomed! We really enjoyed the sauna, it was worth the extra 10Euro. Our balcony looked to the port and the cathedral so we saw the many fireworks all around the city on NYE. Netflix was available in the room and the TV was very large. The breakfast was huge! It was definitely worth the money.

Unfortunately for us. The pavement was being redone when we were staying so it was tricky to go in and out of the hotel. But this is not the hotel's fault.

The breakfast was good. The employees were polite. The massage service with extra cost was also good. They provided normal services that you can find in all 4-star hotels.

The hotel's room was not soundproof and noisy during the night. The room had ants, too. The swimming pool is smaller than what they showed in the photos and has a view for the people in the restaurant! There was a construction site exactly at the entrance of the hotel that made it difficult to go to the hotel every time.

Room was smaller then i taught and mini bar should have some drinks and be paid at check out if you use it not just water

Disappointing

Not a 4 stars hotel

The terrace on the third floor

The room and hotel feel more like a 2/3 stars hotel than a 4 stars. Everything feels cheap and kitsch. The floor of the room was not very clean. The swimming pool is accessible all year long but since it is not heated don't except to use it in December.

The staff were very helpful and cheerful and the room was great

The room was great, lovely view and very comfortable bed

Warm plates with the cooked breakfast. . . Pity about all the work being done outside, made the area look shabby.

I will definitely come back with my family just as I told them by checking out

The room was ok for 3 Breakfast was good with different varieties You can order for scrambled eggs In front of the hotel is a seaport which added more tourist interest There was a jacuzzi at the hotel, with beautiful front views They have lovely and friendly staffs at the reception. They even have us 1 hour extra for checking out since we had a late flight

In front of the hotel was a road construction which made it impossible to get the hotel view.
