Lovely staff and clean place

The staff was so sweet! We had to leave the accommodation one day beforehand and the woman in the reception was so sweet to cancel the last night for us. We really loved staying at this hotel and we will definitely come back.

The only thing was that we couldnt figure out where we were supposed to eat breakfast. When we came downstairs in the morning there was a sweet old lady that only spoke Spanish that I think is the one that is making breakfast but since we dont speak Spanish, we didnt wanted to bother her. There was anyway many good restaurants around the neighborhood so it wasnt a problem for us.

Great Value in Central Marbella

What a steal for EUR50! Clean, comfy, and centrally located in Marbella. We arrived late and left early but I think we got our money's worth and more. The front desk was closed when we arrived, but the staff had communicated clearly on how to open the front door and access the room. The room itself was much larger than we expected, simple, but clean and comfortable.

Not the most comfortable place.

The location - on a cosy street in the middle of the town. Close to the beach and restaurants.

The washbasin tap was broken, there was a constant hum/noise throughout the night so we had to use earplugs to sleep. One towel in the bathroom was evidently dirty and covered in long black hair.

Disappointing

How a hotel's wrong credit card hendelling can desrupt a vacation...

The locationl

I have no idea what the hotel tried to do with our credit card before getting there - surely there was an attempt to use it incorrectly. Before we arrived, a message was sent to us through you about the denial of the card (!!!) and even though immediately when we arrived the card was charged properly and the payment was collected, no one bothered to apologize or correct the announcement about a rejected card, which, above all else, caused you, in booking, to stop the Use this card for any reason!
