Superb

Tucked away and cozy.

The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the rooftop cocktail bar and help with booking our private transfers home.

There are many steps to get to the hotel and the only access point is by foot. The room was slightly dated and our sea view was more of a balcony with a view of the air conditioning units.

Nice view, long walk

The view from the hotel balcony was very pretty. You can see the whole coast. But it was also a long walk up hill and stairs from the shops and restaurants, and its a one way road, so taxis tell you its quicker to walk up the hill. So it depends on your preference. There was breakfast in the morning with a nice variety, and was pretty good. Our room was spacious.

The bed and pillows were very hard, which happens in Italy but not expected at nicer hotels. Its overpriced for what you get but that is due to the location. The same price in another city would be a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Great value hotel for positano, left positano a bit fitter!

Views were great from sun terrace and rooftop bar. All staff very friendly,room and all accommodation very clean.

Although there were some steps, once you had climbed them the views were great. If you dont like hills and steps suggest avoid positano. We loved it

No words for how amazing the view is from room 37!

We loved everything. Brilliantly location, unbelievable view from our room, rooftop bar is amazing. Staff are really warm. Highly recommend & definitely would come back.

Breakfast needs a little bit of work but seriously its all you need.

Lovely hotel in great location!

The property was in a great location. The staff were friendly. The rooms were a good size and we had a lovely balcony with a tremendous sea view. The breakfast was good and there was a nice rooftop bar for evenings.

The steps to get up there were tough going but you can wind your way up the road

Positano is very expensive, which we knew visiting.

Nice way to end the two week trip in Italy to relax in this hotel despite it's issues.

View was fantastic! Staff was excellent. Very attentive to your needs and very personable. We liked them all very much.

The towels for showering were terrible. Very scratchy and not good at all for the price you pay for this hotel. There was also a sewer issue going on so every so often the the bathroom would smell very badly.
