Beautiful location, people, and hotel. Wed return in a heartbeat.

Everything! The most wonderful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, the room so comfortable and cute with ample space. We had a ground floor room and loved sitting outside to admire the view, plus our 1 year old appreciated having some green space to play. The view was incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful, plus the travel card to use the buses into the Main Street was a fantastic touch. We were here for Christmas and it was perfect.

The location and breakfast were great; the hotel was a true Swiss experience for us. Bettina and staff were fabulous and nothing was too much to ask.

Before I booked this room, I was deeply attracted by the dreamy hillside in the picture. When I checked in, I opened the door and there was the mountain of Dreams. I really loved the view. I like the scenery of Switzerland. You know, I can't put into words that moment when I open the door in the morning.

Need a better pillow. Little bigger counter for like makeup, toothpaste and others to be on the counter. What we had is so tiny counter to put on.

Its a paradise. Any owners would love to have your place

Breakfast room is extremely cozy. And we enjoyed the viewings on the balcony while eating our breakfast.

Everything was perfect. I do believe that bacon and eggs will be great every other day.

Very hospitable small family run hotel. Excellent breakfast which you could take to your balcony as the mountain view rooms have a perfect view of the Eiger. Rooms are clean and we'll presented. The staff are excellent, warm and friendly and helpful.

We knew that there was no restaurant, but the walk in to Grindelwald is 15 min uphill walk and after a long day hiking, it's a bit of a drag. Bathrooms really need upgrading, very dated, slippy bath to take a shower... Very 70's. Otherwise this is a lovely hotel.
