Good location, new premise, hotel staff helped to send back misplaced item.

Shower gel and shampoo not provided. There is smell on the bed sheet.

all is ok accept of BREAKFAST ( better eat at warong) and pls dont include in the room package

pls dont include breakfast on the package because its not valuable for the money. the breakfast what we get is nasi lemak- 1 bun-1 tea -1 which cost is rm10.00++ how much actually cost breakfast included in the room

Overall, the stay was excellent. Location is good. Surrounding areas are awesome.

I Like the family suite room and cleanliness of the facility. The staff were helpful and polite. Parking concession is readily available. Breakfast were attended to in a timely fashion.

The Breakfast Area was too small to accommodate the demand of the guests. Some Guests had to wait for others to finish and some have theirs by the stone seats around the area. Needs a bit more of different type of hot beverages.

Overall, the stay is satisfied, will recommend friends for their visit.

The location is accessible and convenient with shops around. The service is good too

One of the rooms, probably newly built, that's why the strong smell of the paint and renovation works. Cockroaches are found and some of the facilities not given before the check-in. Windows in another building cannot be closed.
