Superb

One of the reception staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, some young spanish lady. Every time very grumpy. Once asked for an iron, if possible, the comeback was a straight dry no!

Great family hotel had a great time!!

Location was perfect for enjoying day & night at playa las Americas . Lovely roof terrace with fab views ! Ideal for a family holiday. Food choice wasnt great but what I had was very tasty . Staff were outstanding- well done Best hotel !

Finding a bed to sit at the pool was near impossible- we were there just after Christmas therefore it was pretty lively around the pool . One of the pools was extremely cold ! The upstairs bar shut at 11pm & outside at 12pm

gym has a very select hours do not allow people to book the sunbeds ,,,so just trow the towels over them are not being near them for hours

Brilliant trip- planning already to come back!

Close to amenities but also far enough away to not have noise constantly, breakfast was brilliant, great selection and staff were always polite and lovely

Adult pool was quite cold but expected in December

Location, room we had a suite.

The bed was very uncomfortable, but the sofa bed were our daughter was sleeping was super comfortable. We upgrade to all inclusive just under 400 , 35 mins after checking in, and the lady said she would clear the fee that was had been changed for the drinks we had within that time. However, the last day she asked us to pay it.
