    Due to the noise of fellow hotel guests and the horrible smell in my room, I did not enjoy it at all
    The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. Thankfully I could do my check in at reception and did not have to use the electronic check in. They did not charge for the key of the safe which I think is a bonus. The bed was quite comfy. WLAN was tremendously quick and there was no charge for it either. The hotel is located only a few minute walk away from the taxi stand / bus station. Also, reception will book a taxi if you wish.
    My room was located in the 4th floor facing an inner courtyard. Unfortunately it turned out that there must have been a downstairs restaurant or something like this as my room got flooded with the horrible smell of old cooking grease and onions. I was incapable to open my window. Which then had become quite hot and stuffy. I do not like air conditionings so I only switched it on to cool the room down. At 4AM I was finally able to open the window to let some air in. The hotel guests were very noisy (the walls seem thin). Reception is not occupied 24/7 - so that might be the reason that guests were behaving badly. The bathroom tiles showed hair from previous guests. I do not like electronic check ins.

    Would recommend this hotel, due to location , as described above.
    Very good location in Los Cristianos, very helpful at reception. Would stay again.
