Superb

Comfortable room. Hot shower. Balcony. Daily housekeeping if you wanted it. Good wifi. Restaurant on site but I didn't use it. Friendly staff. About 10 minute walk to the busier parts of Palma and 20 mins to cathedral and palace. Nearest bus stop about 3 min walk but better connections about 10 min walk.

A kettle in the room would have been a great bonus.

Location of the hotel is really good, supermarket is just a few minutes away and to the city centre it is close. Stuff was very nice, room was clean and big enough.
