Exceptional

Magical location. Only for hikers though. If you plan on visiting town 2x in one day 200SFr extra

Lovely hotel but a hot tub and a masseur would have made all the difference

They didnt warn us it was Miles away at the mountain peak and the rise to and from town was 59-70 sfr every time! The bus came sporadically.

Very good

The setting is gorgeous, in a mountain village, very quiet and peaceful surroundings, a littleoff the beaten track. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The massage pool is also a great bonus!

The decor needs a little updating to 2022, but we didn't mind it at all really as the cleanliness and comfort more than make up for the dated decor.

Superb

The road from Lugano to the hotel was awesome with nice viewpoints over Lugano and the lake. After many road turns we finally arrived at an outstanding location. The reception and the hotel personal have been very friendly and welcoming. The Hotel is well equipped with good facilities for a relaxing stay (pools and spa area). We enjoyed the good cuisine as well as the garden with its numerous plants and flowers.

Basically a great stay. To have the "Ticino Ticket" included was fantastic. Great family run hotel.

The location was great. The scenery and environment calm and serene. The pool and spa were superb. The Tuesday's buffet Tessinoise was fantastic. The meals were excellent. The staff were very helpful and kind.

The hotel's wifi was good but our telephone network's were feeble. The room could use a little TLC in places and maybe updating a bit. A little variety in the Jam's and Yoghurt's would have been a plus.
