Fantastic mini break with small children. Excellent communication with host.

Great hosts and great location. Nice touch with the milk and tea bags. Everything was very clean

Lovely place to stay, very homely and welcoming, the beds were very comfy and the children loved playing in the garden, very accommodating to families with plastic table wear, even had some milk and tea for when we arrived after a very long day of travelling Fabulous location and a base for all exploration within the new forest

Everything was great, thoughtful things like some coffee and tea and milk in the fridge, toilet rolls, shower gel (which we had forgotten) were much appreciated. Beds very comfortable. Clean. Nice comfy chairs. Large kitchen. Absolutely loved seeing the horses which came onto the driveway. Wonderfully large conservatory. Very nice garden.

We could have done with a slightly softer mattress for the large bedroom, if Im honest, perhaps a mattress topper. It was an all a tiny bit dated but we liked that look and felt it was all part of the charm. The bathroom door didnt lock, but that was a very minor thing.
